Wine Club
TERMS & CONDITIONS

By providing your credit card information and signing below, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for wine delivery. And you understand that:

• Membership requires a minimum 3 wine club orders/6 month commitment and will renew automatically until canceled via email or in person.
• You will be billed for your order 6 times per year unless changes such as holds, refunds, or cancellations are requested via email 7 days prior to billing.
•  Wachira Wines has permission to automatically charge your credit card for every wine club order including applicable sales tax, shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change.
• Wachira Wines reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice. 
• Subscriptions canceled before the 3 wine club order commitment period comes to an end are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee.
• Subscriptions that are not picked up after 3 wine club orders will be credited to your account less a $20 administrative/restocking fee. 
• Wachira Wines cannot guarantee the wines selected for your wine club will be in stock after 90 days. 
• Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to re-ship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Wachira Wines. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
• Auto cancellation: If you have not updated your credit card information, nor responded to email or phone calls from our wine club manager and we have experienced 4 instances of non-payment, your wine club will automatically be canceled after the 4th attempt to collect payment.
