How do I return my wine?
Under California law, wines CANNOT be returned after purchase. Any defective products damaged in transit to the customer will be addressed on an individual case basis. Though all sales are final, please contact Wachira Wines at customerservice@wachirawines.com if you are not satisfied. We value our customers. Your enthusiastic endorsement of our products is very important to us as we strive to deliver high-quality wines with fast reliable shipping, and exceptional customer service.
What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team: customerservice@wachirawines.com.
Are there any restrictions?
Please note All Wachira Wines sales are final, unless as otherwise stated above. We cannot replace Wachira Wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.
