1. What is the Wachira Wines Club?
The Wachira Wines Club is a premium membership that offers exclusive access to our wines, special discounts, events, and more. Members receive curated selections of our award-winning wines delivered directly to their doorsteps, along with benefits tailored to wine enthusiasts.
2. How do I join the Wachira Wines Club?
Joining is easy! Simply visit our website, navigate to the "Wine Club" section, and choose the membership option that best fits your preferences. After completing the registration, you’ll begin receiving your wine shipments and other benefits.
3. What are the membership options?
We offer three membership tiers:
- Silver: 2 bottles per shipment.
- Gold: 4 bottles per shipment
- Platinum: 6 bottles per shipment.
ALL members, regardless of Tier, get 30% off of their first order after joining WWC and 20% off all subsequent orders.
Each membership comes with increasing perks, including discounts, exclusive event invitations, and early access to new releases.
4. How often will I receive wine shipments?
Members receive wine shipments every other month on even months only.
5. Can I customize the wines I receive?
Absolutely! We offer personalized options for club members to select wines based on their preferences. You can either opt for a curated selection by our experts or customize your box based on your favorite Wachira Wines.
6. What if I need to change selection, skip a shipment or change my delivery address?
No problem! You can manage your selection and shipments by logging into your account on our website. You can pause a shipment, adjust the delivery date, change selection or update your address at any time before the shipment is processed.
7. Are there any additional fees for shipping?
Shipping cost is dependent on your address
8. Do members get special pricing on wine purchases?
Yes! ALL members, regardless of Tier, get 30% off of their first order after joining WWC and 20% off all subsequent orders.
9. Are there any perks beyond wine?
Yes! Members of the Wachira Wines Club also get discounted VIP access to our wine tasting events, 20% off the rental rate of reserving KARIBU Lounge for their events, behind-the-scenes tours, and virtual wine education sessions. We also offer members-only access to exclusive merchandise and partner events.
10. How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership after 6 months or after 3 allocations by logging into your account and managing your subscription. Please note that cancellations must be made prior to the next shipment date. Feel free to reach out to wineclub@wachirawines.com if you have any questions or concerns.
11. Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Yes! Wachira Wines Club memberships make the perfect gift for the wine lovers in your life. You can select a gift membership option on our website, and we'll handle the rest, including a personalized note and delivery.
